Per quanto tempo dovrei seguire un piano alimentare?

Di solito quando iniziamo a seguire una dieta non vediamo l'ora di dimagrire per poterla interrompere. Ma non è il modo giusto di vedere le cose.
La parola “dieta” viene spesso associata a concetti quali “fame”, “forza di volontà” e “stanchezza”. Proprio per questo, quando iniziamo a seguire una dieta tendiamo a pensare solo al giorno in cui riusciremo a raggiungere l’obiettivo e tornare a mangiare come prima.

La prima cosa da sapere quando decidete di iniziare una dieta è che bisogna calcolare quanto peso volete perdere . 
importante che consultiate uno specialista che sarà  in grado di darvi delle indicazioni su quale sia il vostro peso forma. Questo numero deve essere indicativo dato che non c’è bisogno di ossessionarsi con un peso ideale da raggiungere ma bisogna invece trovare benessere e salute.

è consigliabile non dimagrire più di mezzo chilo a settimana. Dimenticate le diete miracolose e preferite perdere peso in modo lento e costante, unico modo per evitare l’effetto yoyo e per raggiungere i vostri obiettivi.

Seguire una dieta è molto più che perdere peso. Significa imparare a mangiare in modo sano, a fare sport e ad apprezzare i benefici che tutto questo apporta all’organismo.

In definitiva non esiste un tempo limite , il nostro corpo e’ in continua evoluzione , in cambiamento continuo , quindi ognuno con i  propri obbiettivi e con le proprie caratteristiche , ma potremmo seguire un dietologo o nutrizionista per sempre volwndo , lo stesso mantenimento vi renderete conto da voi che dopo un po’ di mesi smetterà di darvi quel risultato che cercavate .

Sometimes it’s nice to have a break from the plan. Being on holiday for me doesn’t mean not training, it means an opportunity to take the pressure off and just enjoy some movement while focusing on recovering and feeling better. 
I get people saying “why are you training on holiday” there is so much I could go into here, but the fact is I ENJOY IT. 
I also enjoy getting creative and coming up with workouts with limited time/equipment and still trying to get the desired stimulus. ---------------------------------------------------

The strict knees to elbow movement requires significantly more compression through the midline in conjunction with increased straight pressing strength..
.
Notice the difference in  elevation of the hips; the knees to elbow movement requires the midline to be parallel to the ground, in comparison to strict ttb which relies on the rec fem to pull the leg up, but not the torso..
. 
Both movements have a valuable place in a program but shouldn’t be compared as similar..

I always love lifting in pounds, as I have no idea what’s on the bar, at the end of a 20min emom increasing in weight when comfortable this was my last lift. I thought it was around 110kg, but it turned out to be 265lbs (a little over 120kg)⁣

In the hole front squats- if you struggle to engage your glutes or get stuck at the bottom of a squat try these to strengthen your butt and core  coming out of a deep squat.

Set up a squat rack with the pins around your squat depth. Set the bar there that’s the starting position. The rep starts and ends in a squat.
