I'm back 😊
After an amazing holiday, travelling around Scotland in a motorhome with my family, I am back and feeling more motivated than before. -
Why? Because I achieved something that I thought was impossible for me. I climbed the highest mountain in the United Kingdom!
This is a HUGE thing for me. I was defeated before I even started to climb it. I had no desire to climb it and no drive to get to the top.
This photo was taken on the way back down. 20 minutes prior to this, I was sat on the rock behind me, giving up. I was ready to turn around and go back down that mountain. I had given up on myself and I had given up on getting to the top. With the encouragement from my family, it took every part of me to stand up and carry on walking. It was possibly the hardest thing I've ever done, but I DID IT. I made it to the top! ⛰️
This proved to me that I can do anything I put my mind to. I feel stronger than before and more determined to reach my fitness goals. If I can push my body to its limits climbing Ben Nevis, I can definitely do a 30 minute workout everyday! 💪
Always believe in yourself, you can do anything you put your mind to 😘. And if you don't believe in yourself, I believe in you, so let's do it together! 💛🌺

Wow...what a first week back. To be honest, between working out, taking care of my little one, being very pregnant and teaching online still, I lost steam mid week. 😕
I still worked out, I still did my job, I still mom’ed real hard but it all felt robotic. I was going through motions hoping to survive and it was just week one. .

ARM workout done ✅ I think the most difficult step during winter season if how cold it is early morning that i just want to lie on the bed and press the snooze button as many times as possible😛🤣 Today i started my monday right and i feel happy i did make the decision to get out of bed🤪🤣 did some cardio, upper body and abs today to get rid of this winter fluff 🙏😝🖤 I did this exercise set 3 times with minimal rest between sets. 🔘Ever gone into the gym and the free weight section is packed and you just stand in the middle of the gym and think what am I supposed to do?
🔘On days like these I like to implement cable exercises into my routine 💪🏽, one of the best things about cable is that on the eccentric part of the movement constant tension is kept on the muscle =gains ✅
🔘Cable rope hammer curls 3x10 ✅

Now this was another banger, chicken and bacon stroganoff yes please 🐔🥓🍚🥬 Only 2 syns for the lot, very creamy and full of flavour 🙌🏼 🤤
For the stroganoff I fried the bacon (P) in a pan, once cooked I removed and left it to the side. Then I put white wine vinegar and Worcester sauce (free) into the pan and mixed together. Added a chopped red onion, mushrooms (SP) and garlic until cooked. Then cooked the chicken (P), poured in 125ml of chicken stock (free) on a medium heat and cooked until the liquid was reduced to half. Plonked the chopped up cooked bacon back in, brought the pan down to a low heat and mixed in 25g’s of Philadelphia (2). Cooked until sauce thickened and then served with rice (free) and asparagus (SP).
Okay so I measured everything several times and kept double checking... I’ve only gone and lost 31 bloody inches 😳🎉 ha, can’t believe it.. I only measured myself for the fuck of it as well 🤣 The best bit is 7.5 inches has come off my stomach praise the lord 🙌🏼 The first measurements were taken after a 3 week binge when my bro and sister-in-law came to visit so I knew it would be quite different. Lost 5 inches off my thighs and 3 inches off my upper arms, this is the key areas where I’ve struggled to lose weight so this makes me very happy 😭 #couchto5k has definitely been the main reason for that. Haven’t been on the scales, wanted to see what it was like measuring instead of weighing my progress... it’s safe to say I prefer this way 🤪 Feeling very motivated!
Figured I needed a new headshot considering the last one I took was when I became a new Regional Vice President & had just earned my white Mercedes 🙊😂 Today, there are now 17 amazing women in my successline who have reached the VP level and I’m a 3-wide Executive National Vice President... that calls for new pics, right? 😏
