Even though I’ll be on a different schedule regarding school, I’ll be staying on track with my fitness/nutrition goals 🔥💪🏾 here are some things that worked for me last semester/this summer
🥘: Tracking food-this is suuuper helpful no matter what your goals are! Tracking consistently,efficiently, and with intent is the number one way (besides having a positive mindset) to reach your fitness goals -
🏋🏾♀️: first off I think there should be a dumbbell emoji ngl 😂 2nd off, LIFT HEAVY omg I cannot express this enough. Gaining muscle requires heavy lifting, so if you’re looking to gain muscle (in the gluteal area especially) lift heavy, pls and thank you-no you’re not going to get bulky...you can always put the weight down lmao
😴: Relaxx. Try to keep your anxiety levels to a minimum and get 6-7 hours of sleep. Along with tracking and exercising, think of sleep as a discipline. Nowadays I feel like it’s sooo difficult to get 7+ hours of sleep so make it a point to get to sleep early for some quality rest 🛌 •

Boa noite, galera! Registro do treino de hoje, foram 9km bem puxado, preparando pra corrida de semana que vem. Será corrida de montanha, 12km.

Final de semana quando não tem prova, costumo treinar o que minha planilha pede.
Geralmente os treinos são aos domingos, costumam ser treinos mais longos, e o sábado eu aproveito pra curtir a família hahahaha agora eu sou casada e no momento a família é eu, meu marido @tiago_camposs e meu cachorro o @caetano.dog hahahahah. .
