I had a great time training our @mdaorg@burnbootcamp nationwide Be Their Muscle Camp!
BurnMJ was able to raise $1800 for the cause thanks to the generosity of our members and our awesome community partner @nutrishopmtjuliet @jay_nutrishop !
This was an amazing opportunity for our community to help a child go to the MDA Summer camp and I am so proud of all of you for stepping up the way you have!

Выпады с шагом назад с переходом на диагональные выпады или косые (я бы назвала - капец попе). Мне нравится при их выполнении больше уходить в диагональ. Дают большую растяжку ягодичных мышц.
Далее выпады с прыжками и потом можно сделать растяжку, TRX с этим прекрасно справляется.
Делаю выпады много и часто, могу использовать эспандеры, но, никогда не делаю выпады с весом. Для меня достаточная нагрузка.

I think one of the reasons we give up on our fitness journey is because we are always comparing ourselves with someone else’s journey. You look at them and see where they are and wish to be like them. We get defeated and want to give up because we don’t see progress or changes right away.
But guess what? That person you are comparing yourself too has been in your shoes! But they didn’t give up, they worked hard to get to where they are at today. So just because you aren’t seeing the changes you want to see right away doesn’t mean you should give up! It takes time and patience to get to where you want to be! It took me 2 years to get to where I am at today, I can tell you right now that it wasn’t easy! There were times when I wanted to give up but I pushed passed those feelings and now look at where I am at! I am happy, healthy, & finally comfortable in my own skin! 💕
So next time you are thinking about giving up just think about why you started! Because you might now be where you want to be but you aren’t where you used to be either! So set your goals high and don’t stop until you reaching them! 💪🏻💜 .

The EQ TRX Total Body Class unleashed on London Bridge today...
I came to win and that’s just what I did. First female, 4th overall. Pretty psyched about the early season test, plus it was a gorgeous course.
I must note, it was downhill. This is a significant PR (5:12), and while it counts, I also want to know what I’d do on a flat course. I’m guessing this equates closer to a low 1:29. Who knows. 🤷♀️ I had a great day, and I’ll take it. On to some recovery and back to regular training later this week.

1. Crusty Lunge- Let’s build your booty! Targets your gluteus medius/maximus as well as your abductors.
2. KB Swing- All in 1. Full body! Burns fat, helps with posture/muscular endurance.
3. BB Deadlift- Stop.. Hammie time. Works on grip, posture as well as full lower legs.. Even your upper traps!
4. BB Front Squats- Compound exercise! Core strength, flexibility.. as well as working all the muscles in your lower extremities.. I like it.

🇬🇧That Saturday mood... the most stressful thing I did today was a yoga class in the woods and now I will sit on the sofa and watch whatever Netflix has to offer. Tomorrow is long run day ❤️ Taking life easy 🧘🏽♀️

How to cope with those dang sugar cravings 🍨👇🏼
Hey. I see you. Working hard. Eating that salad. Making that 6am fitness class. Playing social jiu-jitsu to avoid those empty happy hour calories.
But salads be dammed, every once in a while you want an ice cream. You start asking yourself, “what’s wrong with me?” Why can’t I just be happy/normal/healthy like Becky.
You want to hear my secret as to why my clients and I get such incredible results? It’s because we eat the damn ice cream. When the craving kicks in. The unshakable tingling sensation. The obsession over should I shouldn’t I. I tell my clients to freaking go for it.
HOWEVER, let me be clear. I do not encourage you to have ice cream every day. That my friend is a one way ticket to disappointment. Reason being I find it very unlikely that you will feel GOOD, ENERGIZED, and NOURISHED.
I believe in the 80/20 rule.
That means eating healthy 80% of the time and “treating yourself” the other 20%. So while a donut a day may not be a sustainable habit during weight loss, you could probably swing one per week. Same for that glass of wine, a slice of pizza and so on.
Life is all about creating balance ✨
Without it, we forget how to appreciate the healthy choices. We forget how to feel energized and good. We forget what it feels like to truly feel healthy.
Where I see so many women go wrong is trying to have the perfect diet. It works…for a little while…but they burn out. They give up. And they go freaking nuts.
Don’t let that be you. Find a way to have your ice cream and eat it too.
