Getting back into it after a week of being off! Meal planning ✔️
I have plenty leftover for dinner so I’m not worried! YES I’m a creature of habit - anyone else?? I don’t mind eating the same thing everyday so planning is super easy for me! I’ll be dreaming about that chia seed pudding all night hahah!!!
Who else is prepped and ready to go?? What’s on the menu??
So it’s not Tuesday but I had on this shirt so I snapped a pic. Plus I LOVE this new mirror in my Mom’s room 😉
So here’s my transformation submission... from June until TODAY! I’m loving the results the consistent workouts and balanced eating have given me.
If you want to join me. Hit me up!
MEAL PREP! They key to a successful meal prep? It has to be EASY! This combo is healthy, packed with veggies, and some of it was bought prepared (again...easy!). ✅ Farro with riced veggies (bought). Sautéed riced veggies with an onion in OVOO...and then added leftover spinach + farro.
✅ Publix baked wings instead of rotisserie as we tend not to use a whole rotisserie so the wings add protein w/no waste.
✅ Baged eggplant + string beans.
I was mega excited about my @doubletree cookie! 🍪 I didn’t get dessert at the restaurant as I knew I had this waiting for me... and it didn’t disappoint 😍 It was amazing! I am mega tempted to pinch @chiunafish ‘s cookie as he isn’t eating it (he doesn’t really like sweet stuff much) but I’m going to be good 😇
Operation healing hormones is in full swing. Just competed a 10 day detox (using food and vitamins only nothing crazy). During this time all I did was walk. No gym & no weights. I had planned to go lift tomorrow morning but I can’t so I moved it up a day. No time to do my workout in the gym today so I used my KettleBells I have a home. My workouts going forward are going to be just a lot of simple compound movements. No more HIIT and large amounts of cardio. I have to do this for now to help lower stress hormones to allow my body to heal. I love lifting but I love really getting my heart rate up and sweating so this is a big change for me. Regardless I’ll go to any length to heal my body and continue in my health journey. Here’s to your health. Have a great Sunday 💪🏻🏋🏼♀️
Meal Prep Tips
A Sunday well spent brings a week of content. 😏 And of course mine usually involves a rest day from OTF, meal prepping, and doing what I can to organize for the week ahead. ✔️
My biggest piece of advice for meal prepping is to keep it S I M P L E. 👊🏽 Meal prepping is all about reducing stress, so don’t let it create more stress for you. If planning all 3 meals for each day is overwhelming to you, just try planning one or two meals per day. 🥙
To reduce food waste, I will only prep 3-4 days at a time and try to use the ingredients more than once. For example, if I use half of a sweet potato 🍠 for my lunch meal prep, I’ll use the other half in a salad or two for supper. I’m always trying to think of new ways to use vibrant but minimal ingredients that focus on nutrient dense fuel for my body.
Glass meal prep containers are great for microwaving and reheating food safely. I linked some in my bio that I purchased awhile ago from @amazon that have been helpful in my meal prep lifestyle. Not a paid promo 😂, just again telling you what I use and love.
Meal prepping has been a lifesaver for me. After much inquired interest, an ebook will be in the works. In the meantime, if meal prepping is a new habit you want to make or just a routine you want to create to eat fast food less, I am here for all of your questions! Feel free to message me anytime. 🖤✌🏽

Sunday roast cooked by Cal’s dad 👌🏼 last Sunday I said I wanted to make more of an effort with fitness this week - hasn’t really happened! 😂 but that’s ok, I’ll try again from tomorrow. I have walked LOADS this weekend so that’s good. Will really try and get at least one workout in next week, I’ll be happy with that 😅 #sundayroast#sundaywellspent#food
Butterfly chicken with salad for tea tonight at Fratellos at the hotel. It was lovely (apart from that I asked for no tomatoes and the salad had tomato in 🙄) and not too naughty 👌🏼 (the 3 glasses of gin I had might have been a little bit naughty tho... 🙊)
💥 WHAT A FEELING 💥
Just finished my first 15 MINUTE RUN without stopping !!!! Honestly felt so so good !!! Literally been YEEEEEARS since I last done a solid 15 minute run. I used to run for miles, 5k, 10k no bother. Then an injury forced me to stop all exercise for a year or so and i inevitably piled on 3 stone cause i sat on my backside and did nothing for a WHOLE YEAR 🙈 Decided enough was enough though and got my head back in the game. When I started the couch to 5k on 26th July - never did i think i was going to manage a solid 15 minutes again so quickly when i was huffing and puffing through 15 minutes total of 1 minute jog/1.5 minute walk (6 times) 😆 for me this feeling is the absolute best right now. Have a total runners high !!!! (Even though i'm not an actual runner ... just a gal trying to lose some chunk 😂) !!! Completed 6 minutes of 40 seconds on/20 off sprints at the end of my run. Feeling pleased that i have logged into myfitnesspal for 30 days in a row too 😁 !!! Came off the treadmill and my other half had made a low carb dinner for me 😍 he is the best !! .
I’m a million years late to the party but I finally tried the @greggs_official vegan sausage roll yesterday and it was so nice!! I’m all for meat-free alternatives - I’m not veggie but reducing the amount of meat you eat is one of the best things you can do for our planet 💚 had a day out in Llandudno yesterday and went for a meal for Cal’s birthday at our favourite Italian 😍 #vegansausageroll#greggs#llandudno
