We did a thing! Custom request from a friend turned into one of our most exciting projects yet! Talented husband props for constructing these bad boys. Love how they turned out!
Dogs!! Aha was at the park with our dogs today and thought I’d share them with the world. They honestly annoy me so much some days (because they dug or made a mess 🤦🏽♂️) and then times like today I love them so much 😂 nothing deep to see here whānau, just a man and his dogs lmao. Love and light ❤️✨ to you and your fur babies! #tereomāori #māori #instadogs#dogs#frenchiecrew#labrador#dailydoseofreo#outdoorplay#sydney
Constant work in progress - There are so many works in progress constantly going on. As in these pictures, we're constantly showing our kids that there isn't anything they can't do. Our daughter wanted to help with the deck, so my wife [@empowered.woman.us] showed her how to drive screws in. Not necessarily an easy task for a young padawan, but she tried and she did it after a few unsuccessful attempts. So, good for her!
"Work In Progress" - noun - an unfinished project that is still being added to or developed.
What's your work in progress? I'm a continuing work in progress. Constantly trying to better myself. Constantly trying to accept others for who they are and for what they provide. I can't change anyone else, but I can do my best to do what's right and fair and just for those around me. And maybe that will be enough to encourage others to work on being their best selves. Ok... Enough sentiment! Let's go out and smash something! 💪🏼👊🏼👍🏻
How do your ride balance bikes when there are no pedals?
The answer is simple, pals: your feet! So when you first sit on your bike, make sure your stompers are flat on the ground.
Then kick off to start moving. Think walking or running while seated on your bike. Little by little, you will begin to free wheel, or move with both feet off the ground. When that happens, you would have gained the confidence to balance!
See how easy that is? Game! Let’s start your #KiddimotoAdventure! Choose your ride at www.kiddimoto.ph!
A few days late but things were a little chaotic last weekend. Sometimes life just happens, right? This is us. This was our Father’s Day weekend minus dealing with the flu 🙄😫. Hopefully that was our contribution to it for the next little while. To think that tomorrow is the first day of summer and the most daylight we will get, I’m not sure I’m ready to start “losing seconds of daylight”. Our Spring wasn’t the greatest so im hopeful that summer will be filled with sunny skies and rosie cheeks.
Lucy has only been 4 for about two weeks, but it has been the toughest “year” yet! She is stubborn and strong-willed (no idea where she got that from 🙄). Every hike, or every outing for that matter, or heck just every day at our house 🙀 usually entails some epic meltdown that just about brings me to my knees 🤦♀️. I wanted a solo outing today, but my heart told me I needed to show her this place. Sure enough, along with some amazing rock-scrambling, marmot-spotting, lake-chillin, and dandelion-blowing we had our moments that tested my patience... But these sweet, heart-melting moments just get me every time! #adventureparenting ... totally worth it! **Sidenote... those @frysaucehats though!! 😍 #mountainmama#wildchild 📸: @wasatchwildchild
